The Ramsey Rd lots are at the top of a hill with a view over the neighborhood. They all also back to a green space and are across the street from a park. The Glacier Ridge lots also have park space both behind and across the street from them.
January Home and Condo Sales
There were no condo or single family homes sold in Middleton Hills in January. For condos this is not unusual as there has only been one sale in the month of January over the past 5 years. In the single family market this follows the pattern of no sales over the past couple years. However, prior to that there were several years running with at least 1 sale to start off the year. Of note is the the opening of lots for sale for the final phase of the neighborhood's residential development. Some of these were open to purchase starting last year and have already sold but there are still currently 5 for sale on Ramsey Rd and 3 on Glacier Ridge Rd. The following post lists the residential lots still available.
